If you think AI is an old story, don’t be so sure about that. Folks are still trying to figure out the best way to make it work.
As Consultancy.UK reported on a study from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT):
“MIT’s study did find that 5% of organisations had successfully integrated AI tools into production at scale. In those cases, firms are said to be ‘extracting millions in value,’ with Aditya Challapally, the MIT researcher who led the study, telling Fortune that some large companies and younger startups are ‘excelling’ with AI because ‘they pick one pain point, execute well, and partner smartly with companies who use their tools.’ That has led some startups led by young founders to see revenue ‘jump from zero to $20 million in a year’.”
We’ll repeat that. According to MIT, only 5% of firms that have integrated AI into their business are getting any value out of it.
That means there are 95% of firms that have either failed to integrate AI or are failing to make anything of it if they have.
So, there’s two ways you can look at that. The first is to say that AI is a big fat bust. The other is to say that the AI story and the opportunities within it have barely started.
In truth, we don’t know for sure where the opportunities will arise. But we’re confident they will. We’re equally confident it will all happen sooner rather than later.
But while your editor may lack confidence in knowing where to make the big play, our colleague Nick Hubble has bucketloads of confidence.
Nick says he knows exactly where investors can make the best play in AI today. That there’s an obscure $38 investment that lets investors “tap into every AI company” without taking a huge all-in risk.
You can find all the details here.

P.S. If only 5% of companies are actually extracting value from AI… that means the real gains are still up for grabs. Nick Hubble believes he’s found the one investment that could capture the upside—without betting on any single company. It’s not a stock or ETF, but it does give you exposure to the entire AI buildout. He calls it the “Master Key”—and you can see why here.

This bull market is a Nuremberg Rally
What’d happen if you put a real estate developer in charge of fiscal and monetary policy? To be fair, our politicians and central bankers have been real estate developers in disguise for many years now.
